📌 Booking & Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your date.

• An invoice will be sent to the email provided in your booking form.

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

• No payment = No event. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

🗓 Date Changes

• Event dates may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

• We’re happy to adjust your setup indoors in the case of high winds or inclement weather if space allows.

💰 Payment Methods:

Cash or Direct Deposit only.
Please reference your invoice number when making payment.

🔐 Terms & Liability

• The client ("Hirer") is responsible for all rental items during the event.

• Any damage, misuse, or loss beyond reasonable wear and tear will be invoiced at full replacement or repair cost, payable within 48 hours of notification.

• Do not move any setup after installation. Unauthorized movement incurs a $100 relocation fee, due at end of event in cash payment.

• Flower Wall Bermuda is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or accidents during or after installation.

 

🛠 What should I do if something happens during my event (e.g., backdrop shifts, falls, or technical issues)?

• While all setups are installed with care and professional materials, unexpected issues can occasionally arise during live events — especially outdoors.

• If anything shifts, falls, or malfunctions, please contact me, Catarina immediately via WhatsApp or phone so I can guide you or head back to site to rectify the problem:

• I am committed to supporting your event in real time whenever possible. Please do not attempt to move or adjust the setup yourself.

🚚 Setup & Equipment

• All quotes include setup and takedown of items by Flower Wall Bermuda.

• Once installed, rental items must not be moved, altered, or adjusted without prior consent.

 

⛔ Force Majeure

Flower Wall Bermuda will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling your booking. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Equipment failure

• Sickness

• Transportation delays

In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or reschedule where possible.
