Full Balance Paid at Booking & Full Amount is Non-Refundable. Experience Paid Up Front at time of Booking.

Flower Wall Bermuda requires full balance to be paid at booking form submission.

Invoice will be sent to the clients email provided,.

FULL AMOUNT IS non-refundable if you are to cancel for any reason.

MOVING DATES ARE ALLOWED, if available.

Full balance must be paid via Direct Deposit or Cash.

Payments must be paid fully 2 days prior to event for last minute booking requests.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The hirer (“You”) has read and understood all of the terms and conditions listed below.

  2. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit & full amount has been paid.

  3. FULL AMOUNT will need to be paid with this booking. Please note that full amount is non-refundable.

  4. If the event is cancelled due to weather or high winds. We are happy to postpone event, and amend date based on availability, or we can set up indoors as back up from bad weather conditions if clients chooses too.

  5. The Hire is 100% responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment for any reason whatsoever except damages which is caused by reasonable wear and tear.

  6. It is agreed that upon the completion of the hire period, any replacement or repair cost of the equipment will be invoiced to hirer and must be paid within 48hrs.

  7. Set up and dismantle of the flower wall is included in the quote.

  8. Flower Wall Bermuda will not accept responsibility for any damages that occur to any property or persons during the event.

  9. The flower wall is not to be moved once it has been set up, if it is moved without Flower Wall Bermuda's permission you will be charged $100 fee, and must be paid within 48hrs.

  10. Flower Wall Bermuda shall not be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event; these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure.
